Return and Refund Policy

At Deal Heroes LLC, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for purchases, including items on clearance, special orders, or items sold "as is." Please inspect all merchandise carefully.

Exceptions for Defective Items:

In accordance with Pennsylvania law, if an item is defective or was materially misrepresented, you may be entitled to a refund or other adjustment.

In compliance with Pennsylvania law, we will provide a refund or replacement for any items that are defective or damaged. If you receive a defective or damaged item, you must notify us via email at DealHeroesLLC@gmail.com within 7 business days of delivery. Please include your order number and photos of the defective product to receive a resolution upon verification of the defect, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or a refund at our discretion. We are not responsible for damage caused by improper use or handling.

Clearance and Personalized Items: All items marked as clearance, personalized, or custom-made are strictly final sale.
